This is what I got (not really a perfect translation, but you will get the point)
I want to introduce the home automation practice site Bwired.nl.
It is a site where the life infrastructure of all home such as the electric power, water service, the gas, the telephones, and surveillance cameras is monitored, and the graph is displayed on the homepage. It opens to the public to the weight measurement result, the use frequency of the rest room, and the address of home, and, anyway, is terrible.
Nowadays of the desire whether will open it to the public by you though seem to make software "The Bwired Home Control System" by oneself.

address of home.. i dont see where the address is of the home though. Google maps shows an indication, but not the correct street. Although this might be found with some handy work perhaps i dont know. But who wants to do that anyway. Besides, a good internet person can find an address of a person easily if they put some effort in it. Even myself.

I think that in this case "home" is more like "the website" or "the place", and not your address

The Japanese website is all about "smart houses".
The translated text that I posted is as far as I can understand not meant to be bad!
