Ik neem aan dat u de modules via een winkel of installateur heeft aangeschaft?

would be a pitty if a nice product (even with it's hikups) got lost due poor service and/or warranty. Let's keep our fingers crossed that marmitek will also improve the quality/design of the modules

I spoke today to someone about warranty.
When you buy something in a store you ALWAYS have 2 years warranty on your product. Only thing is that you have to prove you bought the product there. When you don't have a receipt any more, your bank transfer will do as well!
So when a module is broken within 2 years you always have to contact your reseller, not Marmitek. When your reseller does not exist any more, you can contact the producer for your warranty.

And your reseller?

In the past I have asked questions about their products through their website: http://www.marmitek.com/nl/klantenservi ... roduct=501
(KLIK HIER)
And always had a good response.[:)]
(although it can take a few days for response.[|)]

After my e-mail experience with marmitek about my broken modules they can kiss my a$$.
I will NEVER buy anything anymore that has anything todo with this $hit company.
I'm also suggesting all my friends to do the same!

I know. marmicrap will laugh about this, but hell... It makes me feel good.

Yes... I'm really pissed at them!
