Sounds good Carlo,
Some more that just came to mind:
-keep 'chatter' on the 433 band to a minimum (if that one is used) as to not 'drown'/disrupt other 433 devices (think Oregon sensors and the likes)
-Maybe keys with adjustable intervals (broadcasting), although that might be hard with just one button.

Needs to be minimal on 868.
I think you won't be able to simulate the X10 signal voor the SC9000, otherwise it would be a very cheap alarm

The equipment fully complies the ETSI EN 300/301 regulations.
(European Telecommunications Standards Institute)
The frequency is within the European 868MHz range.
Also collision detection and advanced handshake protocols with time-slots for transmission are used.
So there are no needs for worrying about bad RF connections or disturbances with other equipment.

I try a little resume of our needs :
Hs plugin
plugin features
*runs events
*conditions : by time, date, rfid status, devices status, weather conditions (if i am on the balcony , rfid knows that, and it rains, the blind must be open until i go in. this will need triangulation. see after)
*Interactions between rfid and lifestyle : example i have tag #1 , my wife tag #2 . I like pop music and low lights, she likes rock and full lights. on tag detection , home automation chooses music and lights. If both present, no conditions applied
*Rfid status as condition in HS events generally
-Interaction with existing security systems
-Good price !
-Little tags with batteries, pocket size for people (vehicles too)
-Tag 12V for veichles
-Really small tags for pets with batteries
-Disposable (for programming i mean) tags to give to foreign people that must use it once or similar
-A tool to program tags for above situations
-Positioning and live tracking (needs triangulation with 3 antennas), wonderful if tracking using Google maps with max. zoom
- Else ?

Hi drmacchi,
Remember that a Plug-in is nothing more than just a interface to some piece of hardware. That's it.
So feature requests regarding events, conditions, lifestyle, personal mood etc. are to be resolved from within HS, not in a Plug-in

I have received the cases for building-in the RF-ID Base-station!
The outside dimensions will be (L x W x H) 100 x 50 x 25 mm.
So it's a small case that can easily be placed wherever you like.

As I said, the expectation is to have the first products available before the end of January 2010.
There are already enough volunteers where I can place the first kits for test-purposes, thanks!
