Finn and I visited QEES again this Monday.
We were allowed to take pictures of there display from the Vienna fair.
There are products, I was not aware off.
It's in Danish, but the pictures are not.

Wow, I'm really anxious about the prices. My homepro ZDW232 just broke down and replacing it with the PIR-dimmer of Qees with electricity metering is really nice! This would really allow a next step in my home automation in combination with those other products.
Anybody got some more information yet about supported Zwave command classes, prices or possibilities with these devices?
Greetings,
Gijs

Hi Gijs.
Sparehuset have a prise in danish kroner, should translate to 77,68 Euro.
sparehuset.dk/el/qees_ceiling_dimmer_pi ... pir_80.htm
There is a little more information on the new qees web site, but the product sheets are not there yet.
7/12 Dennis Rohde (QEES CEO) will be at a zwaves.dk meeting. Then we will be able to ask questions.

Morten

Ups wrong dimmer.
It must be the 86mm version of this one
http://www.homeestore.com/index.php/da/ ... urer_id=15, you want. Sorry.
539,00 DKK. = 72,31 EUR. Must end up with a price around that.

Hello
I've been reading these forums for a while and I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to test these QEES-products yet? They seem to be in stock in some online stores now.
If someone has them could you tell me if the in-wall dimmers are 2-wire or 3-wire modules? Can the modules be programmed without the smartgate? What does the backside look like? Can the extra buttons be associated with other groups normally? How are the LEDs programmed?
It's really weird that QEES hasn't provided any of this information on their website.
Thanks,
Slarti

The products are not out yet.
Zwaves.dk had a meeting 7/12 where the CEO of QEES was talking. He had no products to show us. At that time the only demo products was the ones on there display.
zwaves.dk/index.php/artikler-om-z-wave/ ... t-fra-qees(In danish, but there are pictures of the display.)
The products should work as standard Z-Wave without Smartgate. But there will be functions that only work with Smartgate (things like easy association).
They promised information on the web a long time ago. But things apparently take time.

If you google translate the danish, this is what we were told at the meeting.

Hahaha google translate doesn't do very well in its translation from Danish to Dutch. I can read it ofcourse, but not all words are positioned right i guess.
Hope they will release more information shortly...

I know, I sometimes attempt it the other way around.
Highlights:
QEES Smartgate Display based on Intel coming very soon.
Some but not all versions of Smartgate has customer replaceable protocol modules.
All QEES devices can be firmware upgraded from a Smartgate.
Home display will have IR.
The British versions should be on marked Q2 2011.
LUX measuring is not standard Z-Wave, hence it will need a Smartgate to use all the functions.
Smoke alarms, Alarm PIRs an magnet contacts (first time I have heard about those) will come Q2.
The new Danfoss thermostat works with Smartgate.
It will be possible to interface Smartgate with XML, XMPP client.

Morten

Why? I have Meego 1 on a USB stick. It seems to work fine.
But it will run MeeGo.

Looks like the design for the wall plugs has changed again (for the better):
