to hot (today inside the room 36c). I did use a straight cable and i had nothing else using the port.
I will try again with a different pc and see what happens.
Based on all comment i think the ctx is toast
When i know more i'll leave a post.

another interface (cm11 uses straight) or else just to test rs232 and cable?

d#*n i really hate that save button. pressed it again instead of submit.
Anyway. Tried today another ctx and worked like a charm even when connected via a netUSB400i and a eminent usb2rs232 convertor. just changed com port in TI103 and rebooted. works even faster then with the PMIX35
