My plugwise server is running on http//localhost:85/ is says (I cannot change it to an IP adres)
My HS webserver is running on the same machine with another portnumber and is perfectly reachable.

Any advice ?

Did you try to open port 85 in your router and point it to the IP adres where the Plugwise source is running.
That should do the trick (works for me). But I guess you tried that.
Otherwise another portnumber, some pots are blocked within company's (locations)

Firewall? What do you see when you do a netstat? Is the source bound to all interfaces or to localhost only?
