It basicly says, if you break a "spaarlamp" make sure you through it away quickly. Since if there is kwik inside, its not so good for you.

Dont know if it this is still the case with the News models ofcourse like above, but i thought i would mention it.

Erik, that should be about the same as "old" fluorescent lamp tubes. (And those are much bigger than the newer Compact CFLs.)

I doubt any of those chemicals inside that "fluorescent" the UV into visible light are good for the human health.
(But in these days, everything is bad for our health! :)

In any case, I don't think any of us would keep a broken lamp nearby for long.
