My firmware is 15, (language version 15-07-2008).
Do you know if I can upgrade the firmware somehow?

Do you also have the callenta, does the menu "externe toegang" exist?

I have a loaner iSense with firmware version 19 (language version 09-4-2010), which does have the "externe toegang" menu entry and works with the gateway. The existence of that entry doesn't depend on the boiler make and model.

I don't think there is any way to upgrade the thermostat firmware short of sending it to Remeha.

Where are you located? Maybe there's someone nearby with a gateway that will allow you to hook up your thermostat to verify if a setpoint override will work or not.

Maybe I have a solution for U

I am a HVAC Service Technician and last week, on the office they found some Isense thermostats that where not used anymore.
I have got one of them... (just one)

After checking the device I found this: Version 19, Language version 09-04-2010
And it contains the option 'externe ingang'!

I got it for free, so if you would like it, I can send it to you!
There is a small scratch on the front at the display.
But If you replace your own print with this one, you will have a perfect Isense to use?!
