mijnafvalwijzer doesn't yet return a json data set for your zipcode (I tested with 1901AC housenr 1).
Probably best to wait a couple of days to see whether this will start working in January.

Hi all,

last update for 2017, making good progress implementing the https online retrieval of ICS files.
So far cyclusnv.nl, dar.nl and cure-afvalbeheer.nl data can be retrieved online.
Katwijk.nl and cranendonck.nl are not working unfortunately, not because of https, but because they only provide data when logged in.

I will stop coding for now and continue in January.
All the best wishes for 2018 and watch out for the new release soonish......

Hello Toonz,

For some reason i can't get it to work, it shows dates but the wastecollection type is onbekend.
I installed the 2.5 ipk package on my toon, and entered the correct settings (i think).
It looks like, the toon is showing the correct dates of waste collection (rest, papier etc.) but the dates showes "onbekend"

My provider is mijnafvalwijzer.nl
But when i'm using the json command:
http://json.mijnafvalwijzer.nl/?method= ... snummer=30

It shows a lot of errors,is that the problem maybe?.

No, output is ok, I just need to add descriptionsfrom your community to the app.

EDIT: you have a new type of waste: "Rest afval & gft", never seen before. Need to do some coding changes to show these as separate icons.
I also need to add your other waste descriptions (which differ from other communities). So far with standardisation in waste land....

EDIT2: Done. Will be in next release (soon). Your tile is now looking like this:

Yes, you can...

Choose waste provider '0' in the configuration screen and upload the following textfile: /var/volatile/tmp/wasteDates.txt
Because this file is place in volatile memory, it will be deleted if you do a full reboot/power down of Toon (just restarting the gui is no problem).
So keep a local copy somewhere (either in flash memory on Toon or your PC).

Contents of the file (sorted by date), lines separated by <LF> only, no <CR><LF>
yyyy-mm-dd,x

where x is:
0 : "Restafval"
1 : "Plastic/Metaal/Drankpakken"
2 : "Papier/karton"
3 : "Groente/Fruit/Tuinafval"
4 : "Snoeiafval"
5 : "Textiel"
6 : "Steen en puin"
7 : "KGA"
8 : "Groot vuil"
9 : "Kunststoffen"

Could you add a manual URL option for files like these? That would fix the reboot problems and could also give other people the opportunity to host files like these to fix the problematic data providers.

As special for form-member Toonz,
In continuation and on discontinue update the waste collection by recyclemanager.nl on the 01-01-2018,
as i now find out is that i was linked by the website from our Township (Gemeente Hulst) to the site of our waste collector in our case https://www.zrd.nl,
There you can select the corresponding zip code en house number in my case 4587ER/ 25 after pressing the button (bekijk) you will be redirected to the next page en be logged on in my street and town.
On this page witch is https, you can see in the second column the waste collection agenda, For this is the site of the waste collector it selfs, i think it would be keen to use the data from here, here you can see the scheme of waste collection by date, type of waste and by a pictogram. as i now to little about programing and codes i want to lay this info over to be judged of this data is useful info to
implicate and can used to be extended Toons waste collectors tail with data witch is generated in this window, as i have informed that there will be coming up a new app to replace the app of waste collector recyclemanager.nl why to wait on a new app as maybe the use of the data out of https://www.zrd.nl a logical step. As for waiting on that new app witch is not out to be used for this moment, and we do not now how this going to be look, is the data out of the website of https://www.zrd.nl an option?

Will see it appearing in the next upgrade of the wastecollectors app (afvalwijzer), and keep you informed about it.
Under what number is will the zrd.nl be selected (wastecollector), or can i find this in the infolog of the upgraded wastecollecting (afvalwijzer) app when upgraded?
And will there be any need of adjusting, or can it directly work with the https environment ?

Hi,

the wastecollection release is ready but I want to do thorough testing first and wait if anything comes up related to the certificates after the buienradar release earlier today.
To warm you up I can give you the changelog for release 2.6:
- removed recyclemanager.nl provider
- added provider afvalalert.nl (provider 15: enter zipcode/house nr in config screen)
- added provider zrd.nl (provider 18: enter calendar id in configscreen)
- implemented automatic retrieval via https for rd4info.nl, now need to enter zipcode and housenr in the config screen
- implemented automatic retrieval via https for cure-afvalbeheer.nl,cyclusnv.nl, dar.nl, zrd.nl and meerlanden.nl
for these 5 providers you will need to enter the ICS calendar id in the config screen (the last part of the URL: http://afvalkalender.zrd.nl/ical/[b]0677200000631497[/b])
Existing cron jobs can be stopped for these providers.

I plan to release the app next weekend latest...
