Great! have edited the steps as you cannot use wget either.richardklasens wrote:Thnx Terrorsource.. The Dirty Workaround does the trick.
One small failure, i've downloaded on my pc, copied it to root folder on toon with SFTP, but can't install because it collected some erros..
Then login with ssh again, and typed "opkg install http://files.domoticaforum.eu/uploads/T ... .1_qb2.ipk"
That did the trick...
Thank you!

Re: Toon app: ToonStore
Only the waste collector app doesnt install on toon thru toonstore.
Manually it installed but doesnt work properly.
I use Area afval (25) with a ics file placed with sftp in /root/waste/waste-calendar.ics
(This should be in an other forum i Guess)

Re: Toon app: ToonStore
Wastecollection has dependencies on cron and wget which isn't really needed anymore.
I will make another release without these dependencies to allow proper install via ToonStore on fresh 5.0.4's.
When installed manually it should work though....
BTW : your waste filename is wrong, should have an '_' instead of '-' in the middle

Re: Toon app: ToonStore
Edit: New resource file wasn't automatically downloaded. It's working now by manually downloading and copying the most recent resource files.
I have the problem that the ToonStore installs without any noticable errors but doesn't show up in the GUI.
When I ran qt-gui in debug it doesn't seems to be aware of the Toonstore app.
Tried Step 1-5 (multiple times) but it doesn't shows up.
Any clues?

Re: Toon app: ToonStore
Hello,
I've tried the methods you guys posted earlier but without succes.
Toonstore shows all the apps correctly but after clicking 'toon bijwerken' nothing happens.
I've removed the toonstore app and checked /usr/lib/opkg/status for an toon entry but there wasn't any.
Then installed the libssl package, rebooted and installed the toonstore again.
Also checked the contents of qmf_release.xml which are the same as Toonz posted earlier in this thread.
Hosts file is correct.
Edit: I noticed in the OPKG logs that a dependency was missing (tsc-certificates) when installing a package from the tool store.
Installed the dependency; now when clicking on "toon bijwerken" the download icon appears but nothing happens after that.

Re: Toon app: ToonStore
So you are seeing the apps in /qmf/qml/apps (like wastecollection) as you posted in another topic? And you see the app .qml files in that directory?
If Toonstore is running, these extra apps should be running now also.

Yes, I can see these located in the app folder.TheHogNL wrote:So you are seeing the apps in /qmf/qml/apps (like wastecollection) as you posted in another topic? And you see the app .qml files in that directory?

WastecollectionApp.qml
WastecollectionApp.qmlc
I cannot find the app anywhere on the toon itself though.
When installing an app via the toon store I mark it so it becomes a green plus and then click "toon bijwerken' for a short while you see a download icon.
After that no extra app is found in the GUI and when returning back to the toon store it's still marked with a green + instead of having the installed status.
Re: Toon app: ToonStore
can you post here the last block of /mnt/data/update/_opkg.???-uni-9.9.99.script.sh.log?

Hi Toonz,Toonz wrote:can you post here the last block of /mnt/data/update/_opkg.???-uni-9.9.99.script.sh.log?
Just when I was about to post the log I noticed that it was now missing another tsc-certificates dependencies.
After installing the latest version (1.1.0) instead of just 1.0.1 the issue has been solved and everything works fine!
Perhaps it's possible to install these automatically when installing the toonstore?
EDIT: Buienradar seems to have installed just fine. Just tried to install remaining apps that I wish to use but no luck.
Also the log file hasn't been adjusted/updated since the installation of buienradar so there isn't any information to gather from there.
EDIT2: the log file seems to be the only file in the update folder. There used to be more files including the script.
Somehow these were removed after the buienradar installation.
Thanks for your response!

Re: Toon app: ToonStore
there has been an issue with the waste collection app (just resolved). Is this also solving your issue?

Re: Toon app: ToonStore
No, not really.Toonz wrote:there has been an issue with the waste collection app (just resolved). Is this also solving your issue?
I’m unable to install anything from the toonstore.
Trying to install the package to manage room remotely and the webcam app.
I assume a script is being called when pushing “toon bijwerken” is that script located in the update folder where the log file is located as well? If so than it’s gone for some reason.
Re: Toon app: ToonStore
The script which is called via the internal webserver is : /qmf/www/feeds/qb2/upgrade/upgrade-qb2.sh
(in the hosts file feed.hae.int should point to 127.0.0.1)
The resulting (log) files can be found in /mnt/data/update

The upgrade-qb2.sh is present, is there any way to run this manually to see where it's going wrong?Toonz wrote:The script which is called via the internal webserver is : /qmf/www/feeds/qb2/upgrade/upgrade-qb2.sh

The logfile located in /mnt/data/update is still not changed since yesterday. Just tried to install one of the apps through toonstore.
Did notice that /etc/hosts was empty (and so was the hosts.toonstore_backup) added 127.0.0.1 feed.hae.int but still nothing happening in the toonstore or log file.
Re: Toon app: ToonStore
empty hosts files on Toon are not good
.
Mine looks like this (the localhost.localdomain line must be present as well for ToonStore (and other functionality I guess) to work properly)
