I just updated the rooting update script with the new md5sum so when you use the new script (2.86) from the github it will not complain anymore.

just wanted to try this update.

Downloaded the newest script 3.32
no parameters given.
I choose to update to 4.10.6
Then I got: Warning: upgrade script from source server is changed. Do you want to continue downloading the files (if not sure, type no and report in the forums)?

So I typed no, and here is my report.

please advice

They indeed changed the Eneco side of the update script. I checked it and the change is ok, nothing to worry about.
I already updated the update-script.sh to allow this.

that worked.
thanks. FYI I did loose all my tiles. I readded them manually.

I updated via 4.10.6 to version 4.19.10
this one does not have a globals.qml anymore.
How can I prevent some modules from starting?

Before I disabled internetSettings and eMeterSettings. that prevented the Internet and emeter errors on the mean screen.
I would like to do that again.

and also I now have something about monitoring my geiser... how to disable that ?

Look in the TSC menu which allows you to disable some native Toon features.

Disabling internet settings isn't necessary. Any 'service center' errors are automatically deleted. Emeter messages are not removed yet. Why would you want that?

the mean reason is to loose the error-triangle

You use the Toon without meteradapter then? I could add an option to the TSC menu to disable the emeter app

please do. I do not use the meteradapter. No smart meter, and extra measure aids were not included, in my second hand toon

Removing the emeterssettingsapp is not that trivial.
Removing it from globals.qml is possible ofcourse but that means I need to publish two versions of resource files (one with and one without the app).

What would be possible is just to never show the systray triangle, configurable via a setting in the TSC menu. I'm now working on this.
