Reset plugwise

And the problem is solved with the service from Pluwise.
It was indeed the FTDI chip. After resetting this chip, a new installed Plugwise, everything is working fine again.
Is it possible to get old data back in the software? I made every night a backup from some files. I can put some the back or can I put some files together?
