Changing Membername to realname

No, I like JayBee fine.. But I did add a signature with my real name.
Problem with everybody changing name I don't know who is who anymore. For example: Noel. What was his nickname? He has over 1300 posts so I should know him but I don't...
Can we make a list?

Besides a list of nicks with corresponding real names, also a photo-book would be nice.
Accessible for logged in members only, of course...
Makes us the next meetings easier to find each other! ;-)

The problem would be solved if everybody that changed their nick would fill in their old nick as real name in the profile. The world upside down :-)
