BTW seems ok to me.
486,90 incl BTW = 409,16 excl BTW
409,16 * 0,85 = 347,79
347,79 * 0,19 = 66,07 BTW
And that is exactly what the order confirmation says...
Shipping is excluded from discount; sounds logical to me.
