Is it possible to run the api standalone on a pi zero w?

I have it now running on a pi3 with a diskimage, but on zero w it doesn't boot.

Is there a simple how to or maybe ready made image?
i am not so familiar with linux, but will try to make it work.

You cannot use a Pi3 image for a Pi Zero I think.
The API should work on a Pi Zero but you need to manually install it (first load the standard OS image on the Pi Zero):

It is a nice App, but is it possible to get it a bit more 'snappier'?
Pressing commands on my Toon2 take a lot of time and sometimes I press it again because I think nothing happens.
