In the mean time you can install the prerequisites:
An MQTT broker. I use mosquito but your mileage may vary. If you do use mosquito (http://mosquitto.org/download/) install it as a windows service.
Furthermore my service is written in dot net so you have to install the dot net 4.5.2 framework. You can find that here: microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.as ... x?id=42643
