Hi guys

I'd like to get started with z-wave, more in particular Fibaro modules (~15 x light + 1 x shutter).
But I'm withhold by the price of the Fibaro home center controller, which is quite expensive to my opinion (~450 euro).

Can I configure the Fibaro modules with something cheaper, lets say Z-Way Razberry for example? Or usb stick + some software?
(open to any other suggestion) :D

thank you for reading, many thanks for answering.

euh, with opensource software like domotiga, openhab, etc etc. and a aeon-labs z-wave stick.

Or with commercial software like Homeseer 3 with an aeon-labs z-wave stick.

Opensource and/or commercial software are not really next-next-finish products.

ok, great, exactly what I needed to know.

I don't mind messing around a bit, as long as I have options and the girlfriend can operate it from her smartphone our the house tablet I'm fine
As long as you don't have to start compiling stuff - aka get it working in days not months - it will do. :D
