Anybody knows/using Niles Smart Home Services?

A friend pointed this thing out, but I had never heard of it. Is there anybody using it? I'm on Homeseer2 and mulling if I should move to HS3 or start over with something else.

I checked their page, but there is nothing new or innovating I could find there, only the basic stuff like turn lights on, and off, control heater and. ehhh I think that was it
also only 2 quotes from "niles" users on the site, only 3 blog posts, and a lack on information.. this does not sound like an serious player, especially as I saw they are sharing their 06 number with an BBQ shop

so better stick to homeseer, or if you can build your own system..

yes,
i had a wife visiting me as a customer, her mobile phone gave a sound, i thought "a social media event", no it was niles telling her , her husband came home. I wanted to know something more about it because never heard of it , i asked her. One hour later someone called me pretending he was a business partner, but no it was a niles salesman. I dont like that.
