Using the PMIX35 for some time now, never got any problems with it.
Last night however it did not function. The connection from HS3 to the com port are fine no errors.
In the log from HS3 the commands are send oke, but the data LED on the PMIX are not flashing (sending data)
Did already change the USB cable but still no sign of a data sending on to the powerline.

Is the a way to test if the PMIX is stil working? Is there a way to reset?
Don't know what to do, nothing is responding. Did not made any changes to the system.

Has someone an idea what to do?

Wil

Is the status LED still on? if not:

Hook it up to a Windows machine, make sure you have the correct drivers installed and start the PMIX35 network analyzer. It might bring back the PMIX35. I was able to bring several PMIX35 back using this simple procedure. It will try to reflash the firmware (at least, that is what it will say) and after that the status led should be on again and the PMIX35 should work again.

be aware that if you use the initial cd, you could end up with old firmware
i have the same problem here and nobody knows the exact firmware anymore :(

Tried different times, it indeed is updating firmware but after 10 times I gave up.
So it did not work. Data LED is stil not flashing in order to send data.

Wil contact the store tomorrow what to do. Thanks anyway.
