Dual Paddle Switch to start event

I`m trying to use a dual switch to act as starter of an event but i cannot figure out how to trigger the event
- Button One: Away / Home for person 1
- Button Two: Away / Home for person 2
When both buttons are ON a event should be started (poweroff the boiler, poweroff the lights) but i cannot use "Device changed from to" and Device changed from to" so i`m triggering the event recurring every minuten. Now the script is also started every minute because both buttons are one
I made some additional events and i think i have it covered
- Button One: Away / Home for person 1
