Hi everyone.

For couple of month now im running the OTGW. Seems working fine however i get Error: 03: 28.

What does this mean and is it harmfull? often im not able to get information from the OTGW itself as version information etc. The temp setting values of the boiler are fine...

"Error 03: 28" means that error 03 was seen 28 times since OTmonitor was started. Whether that's a problem depends on how long OTmonitor has been running. If that's 28 errors in a day, then it's harmless. If you got 28 errors within a minute, you'll want to do something about it.
