Hi all! . I've just finished to setup my x10-robocam (very cheap pan/tilt device) with a security bulk ir cam upon. It works great with its remote. this robocam has a X10 address and is controlled by a TM13 with same house-code. you can store 4 positions. i move it with remote. What i want to do is: somewhere i found (DAMN I CANNOT REMEMBER WHERE!) that a MS13 IR detector could start an AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT of the robocam. So , someone triggers MS13 , it triggers TM13 to move the robocam towards the 4 stored positions. I didn't dream [:)] . Someone knows that? Thanks everybody. Lorenzo

Not directly. The Ninja pan/tilt RF (as sent by the CR14 control) is a 20-bit code and the MS13 sends out a 32-bit RF code. You could use an MS13 + TM13 to turn the Ninja on/off but not to control its movement.

If you have a convenient computer and something which can transmit the Ninja 20-bit code then you can do this. I think a CM15e or CM19e can transmit these and maybe check RFXCOM too.

I've checked and the CM15 definitely can send Ninja RF codes.

I do not know if Homeseer supports these though!

Hi Steve, the cm15 sends RF motion signals to ptz motor like its cr14a remote. so i have to create this commands and save in cm15 (using pc, activehome e cm15 data memory). but how to create this commands? any ideas? Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo,

I don't know activehome but according to this you might need some plugin software.
