Measurement data from Toon, without ENECO servicecenters

Gents,

As you probably know, ENECO provides access to the Toon via "service"centers (servers), this is the way how my HS3 Toon script but also the Domoticz interfaces work. However, eneco has some Issues for several weeks with there service centers. Which results in no data in our domotics systems and a toon that is not controllable by app or domotica application (API). I am thinking about leaving eneco for there crappy service and support....

Nevertheless, i am quite happy with my toon (when it works) and I am looking into an option to read out the values and control my Toon direct via the LOCAL LAN without ENECO interference. Is this possible with a standard toon? NAd or is it possible when I root my Toon and maybe a short howto?

regards

Bart

I'm interested in this as well.
I used Domoticz to read the meter data and upload it to Mindergas.nl
But that's no longer possible since I didn't want to pay 3,50 a month to Eneco just for that.

will I able to read the (gas)meter data directly from Toon after I root it?

I coded a small custom component for home-assistant so you can directly control/query your rooted Toon from inside your network.
