Updating from an early version directly to something after 4.10 seems not to be working correctly. From 4.11 the 'flavour' is changed from ene to uni. The upgrade script removes ENE first and then tries to install UNI. But sometimes failes.
I helped Hayman to fix his toon and he is now at 4.10.6. I would advise not to go to 4.11 or higher from anything lower than 4.10.6.
I do think the Eneco upgrade script is wrong to delete the ENE package before veryfing that it can download the UNI package.
