Can't find bedienoptions

Hi I rooted my Toon.
But where can I find the " bedienoptions"

Inside the main menu?
Home-button (3x3 black squares, top left in the main screen) -> bedienopties?

Not sure it was already there in 3.4.4 but you should not look in 'instelling' but the menu (where all the icons are where you did start instellingen from)

The reason was that he was missing the proper scsync modifications, like begin time, end time etc.
