emulate hue device, so Toon can see it

Hi all,
i just can't get something to work..maybe some of you can point me in the right direction.
I have a rooted Toon and it shows my Philips Hue lights, so i can cotroll them with my Toon.
I recently bought some Belkin Wemo switches (plugs). Toon only accepts some brands of "slimme stekkers" or smart-plugs, and Belking Wemo is not one of them.
What do i have to do to control my Belkin Wemo Switches with my toon?
I think i need domotica-software linke Hass.io or domotics, but i am not really sure what is the best solution.
(sorry, i am just beginning with domotica, so i still have al lot to learn)
