Did you manage to do something with these connections?
I'm also trying to root my new Toon2, managed to open it and I'm willing to order these connectors also.

As far that I can remember the connector option didn’t work.

Still only 1 method of rooting the Toon2 known.
We do have a hinch on a 2nd method but we never tried to exploit that fully.

Ah that's too bad. What a pain in the ass to open up the Toon2. First I accidentally removed the digitizer from the LCD
Fortunately I managed to glue it back and continued to remove the backing.
Now I'm looking for a way in, but if the connections don't work them I'm at a dead end I guess.

Also I'm curious about the 2nd method!
I'm going to try something with the USB port, but I'm guessing this has been tried by you guys as well?
