Hi all,

version 1.1.13 is available in the ToonStore.
Changelog:
- now correctly handling 'Pending' shipments (manually entered on your mobile PostNL app/PostNL Web site and saved for future use)
these pending shipments are not shown on Toon but will not crash the app anymore

It seems my PostNL app on Toon doesn't update anymore?
I am to receive multiple packages, but they aren't shown in the app.

How can I troubleshoot? I have already renewed my username and password.

Yes, I have updated the app but didn't see any packages, alsof dont see any history.
Getting monday another package, will then send an update.

Just got a rooted toon one with latest toonz firmware version
And added the post nl app
Have put in my post nl account username and password
But app keeps searching round circle logo and comes up with
Nothing.
Does this app still work or ?

Can you check the contents of the folder /var/volatile/tmp/postnl and check the files on error messages?

I have the same problem as mentioned above.
App keeps searching round circle logo and comes up with nothing.
I've looked over the files in the temp folder and see 4 files there: postnl-cookie-jar.txt, postnl-resp1.tmp, postnl-resp2.tmp and postnl-resp3.tmp
Where do i have to look at specific?

Hi,

the Postnl website has improved what they called 'bot detection', since a few days our app is detected as a bot and therefor they will not give access to the package delivery data anymore.
(This response can be seen in the resp3.tmp file by the way).
We are looking into this but unsure whether we can bypass this new bot detection logic .

It will be posted here when it has been resolved (it will require a new app version anyway).
