Heyy, one little question...
Is the start post info still relevant?
Because when I look at github there's only mentioned to create "ShowDoorCamToon" and a value, but the timer etc in blocky isn't noticed at all.

And as a feature request: you've created the option to upload the HA-token in the userSettings. Perhaps a button to use/import the key from the HA-controller app would be benificial? This would reduce the need to save the token on 2 locations.
When used it is located in /mnt/data/tsc/homeassistant.token.txt.

Hi, I have purchased the Reolink doorbell and configured the app as described in the opening post. When I open the doorcam app for the first time after rebooting Toon, the doorcam image is displayed. However, when I close the app and open it again it shows: No Connection To Camera

I have configured this URL (as described here):

I configured the HTTP stream because the HTTPS stream doesn't work at all (it does in the browser)
I have no problems with opening the HTTP steam with my browser. Also, when I press F5 the page reloads without any problems

(The connection to my Home Assistant works. The doorcam app opens when I change the value of the helper to 200 and closes when I change the value to 100)

EDIT: When I restart the GUI (killall qt-gui), the doorcam works again (for once). For now, I'm running a script that executes the SSH command 5 minutes after the bell rings.

Looks like the timer to refresh the image is to fast. I have seen it before. Can hou slow the timer?

You can slow down the timer by increasing the number, right? I tried both (increasing and decreasing) but no luck. I also changed the number in line 19 because I am using cgiMode, but no luck either.

Should the green bar at the bottom of the screen count down? Because the bar stays at 100% all the time.

EDIT: Ok, it's working now. I changed the setting from cgiMode to JPG mode and now it works.
I thought JPG mode didn't work, but I think I was still testing with HTTPS earlier.

Since a couple of weeks, after my doorbell is pressed, my Toon thermostat resets.
Not always, sometimes I see the camera image, but very frequently I see the reset screen instead of the camera image.
Any idea what causes this?

It shouldn’t and nothing is changed in the software. Maybe it is a memory problem or shortage when getting the images. Coul d you do a hard reset by a full restart? Power cycle your toon.
