Hi,

I have the gateway working on my Vaillant boiler. I have no thermostat and want to use the gateway in stand alone mode to control the boiler with HomeSeer. Currently I have a simple on/off thermostat made in HomeSeer together with a ZigBee switch. The CS command to control the boiler water temperature works fine but I want to implement a PID controller/loop or something similar to make it more efficient and have less large temperature swings. Can somebody point me in the right direction for a simple code example? I have inside temperature, outside temperature and requested temperature as input for the loop.

I have a Vaillant exClusief VHR 35C, want to use the opentherm gateway without a thermostat using HomeAssistant.
Did you manage to get ut all working?

Can you help me getting started?
