Master OTC bit

Just on the off-chance that someone here knows more about this: Does the "OTC active" bit in the master status indicate whether the thermostat already applied OTC (weather compensation) and, therefore the boiler should not apply it, or is it the other way around, does "active" mean that the boiler should apply it?

The OTC active bit indicates that the master is calculating the control setpoint based on the outside temperature. This signals to the boiler that it should always switch on the pump whenever the CH enable bit is on. Boilers that do their own low-load control (ID3:HB4=1) could otherwise switch off the pump.

Awesome, thanks for the explanation! ID3:HB4 was another bit that didn't make any sense to me.
