OTGW between eTwist and Elga Ace causes problems

I bought an OTGW at Nodo shop. Ready-made programmed and with WiFi.
I placed this between the Remeha eTwist (without gateway) and the Elga Ace.
The transistor 1 of the PCB immediately burned out, because the R-bus of the Elga apparently (sometimes) emits too high voltages and that R-bus does not automatically switch to OpenTherm.
So.... after Nodo-shop repaired the PCB, I installed the OTGW again after installing a Remeha Gateway 16 (From R-bus to OpenTherm).
But again it doesn't work properly.
According to the Debug Information, the OTGW now sees the Thermostat and the Boiler, but not the OTGW itself.
Does anybody have experience with this?
Or can someone give me some suggestions on how to proceed?
