X10 Extended code

Hello,

I'm new on this forum, and new with the x10 protocol
I bought some LD11 devices for controlling the lighting.
I want to write my own interface to control the devices.
For my test case, I use the AcInterop.cm11A component with c#
Commands like <b>on</b>(2),<b>off</b>(3),<b>Dim</b>(4), <b>Bright</b>(5) works fine.
Only <b>extended code</b>(8) en <b>Pre-setDim(1)</b>(11) with data1 en data2 I do not understand.
Can somebody explain how it works [:p] or where i can find more information.
