First I was afraid that it would be using the 2.4GHz frequency, and therefore most likely interfere with Wifi (actually the other way around) just like the wireless video senders.
But this system uses 863MHz. Could this interfere with devices from Oregon/Visonic?

No, the signal on 863 will not disturb the signals on 433.92MHz and 868.95MHz. So no problem to use this device.
