Only send out mail of same subject after login

We had a few chats yesterday, and we thought, would it not be nice if you can just send a new message (mail) when a topic is changed, but if a new post is created for that topic it wont send out a mail untill you have logged in once again. Then it resets the "stats" and then it starts sending you mails from topics again.

Then you only get mails from new topics which are active but only 1 per active topic untill you login.
