The charts should appear after 1 hour, did you check the date selection.

Sometimes it will take a bit longer when the network is not stable.
in the settings menu you can force to get the date direct.

I do not see any option for this in the settings menu.

Wifi,
They have removed this option..
did you try refresh in the main menu?
or just double click a plug this will also force a update.

Refreshing does look like it's updating, but the graph is staying empty.
Double clicking the plug pops up an info display.

Your Plasma TV is using to much....
If the date info is correct...data must be updated max after few hours..
Some time it can take a bit longer the first time when the stability of the network is not okay..

It's not only the plasma TV on that plug.
Also a Kiss HD recorder, a Roku internet radio, a video transmitter and a speaker transmitter.

No.. Last report was from 07:00 to 08:00.
I guess that I need to keep the source program running!

yes..
if it's not running all the time..you will get the data after the source is running for a time..
