Hi,

a group of spanish students is busy to add support for X10 on their openwrt based Fonera2... Based on the available usb port, heyu-port and a CM11 with usb they have allready added webscreens that are wisely sized for Iphone users who would like to control their X10 devices!

http://blog.fonosfera.org/la-fonera-20- ... on-device/

perhaps others could help add support for their hardware?

this Fonera2 device can be found on shop.fon.com and only draws 4 Watt which is a wireless router with usb port

It looks nice, but you soon want more, receive x10 (smoke detectors etc) signals and temp sensors.

It's based on heyu and you will add and rfxcom receiver to it

So you need an extra usb port. Also dat you have you want to store it in a database (also rrdtool is possible). So extra disk is also needed. So the power consumption is growing, and you have not everything in one.

I first also did it on and NSLU2, but due to the limitations I swichted to eee box.
