Recently I added RF controlled Harrison curtain rails to my domotica system (Xanura & HCB). Harrison suggest a (future) possibility to connect RFXcom to a Xanura home control box.

Quotefrom Harrison Website (I am sorry for the dutch language):
En verder komt onze rail binnenkort in de Home Control Box van Home Automation Europe. U kunt via www.homecontrolbox.com de gordijnen met een demo bedienen. Voor verder informatie kunt u natuurlijk contact met hen of ons opnemen.

Neither RFXcom, Xanura nor the Home Automation Europe guys confirm that this is, or will be, possible. I have tried to connect both systems but it does not work.

I could have used the outputfacility of my HCB but that is almost fully used by the Alarm, doorbel and heating system.

I would like to know if there is somone out there that has (knowledge of) a combination of A10/X10 to RF-translationmodule (433.92MHz).

The formal support with HCB + RFXcom is based on a number of Visonic devices (like pir, contacts - it is a kind of supplement of missing RF components in the Xanura product line) ) and I used some of those Visonic devices with the HCB and is working well. Support of the Harrison curtain by RF on the HCB is not part of it .....

The demo on Internet is likely based on using relais technology - instead of RF so it is just the classic way of integration ....

You may either consider using the digital output of the HCB (handicap of wires) or using the ZAX12 unit including two 230V relais to switch the low voltage contacts (open / close) inside the Harrison control unit.

Again it is a nice example that domotica integration has a long way to go ....
