Hi,
Anyone has insight on how the utility companies switch between rates ? Normally I have high rate (dag tarief / rate 2) between 7 and 23 on weekdays, which is easy to do, but during national holidays this rule doesn't always apply. With the help of a detector which recognises the rate switching I would actually know when the switch takes place.
Willem.
