Anyone familiar with Circles that are not generating any measurement data?

I have one Circle that is connected to a microwave-oven. For some reason it keeps displaying a power-usage of 0 KWh, even when operating the microwave for 15 minutes (or longer).

I tried resetting the plug (insert / remove plug from the mains at 1s intervals) and I also tried running it with the vacuum cleaner connected to it, but it still did not help.

Switching it on/off however does work, so RF connection to the circle is ok, but no measurement data.

I have the same situation with one of my circles. According to the plugwise helpdesk there is a serie circles which have not been calibrated correctly. Previous versions of the source did compensate, the newer beta versions do not. When you return the failing circle to plugwise, they will replace it.

Try using the new beta version V20090602.0

Probably this is solved in this version.
