I live in Israel, we have a 3 holes plugs in the wall and on the appliances.
Do you thing I can use Plugiwse? or maybe I need some kind of adapter. I think the plugs in Israel are kind of type F with thiner pins and of course a third pin for ground. (Lamps and such have only two pins).

Any suggestion on how to use the plugwise in such country ?

If its the same voltage you could perhaps just get a "travelers" kit to make it work for you. Just one of those converters..
