If you use the hs rfxcom plugin, then you actived the x10 relay. Either choose status only or full control.

Can you not set the trigger command on "any X10"?
Then it doesn't matter if the signal is On or Off it alwyas fire the event when you push the switch.

You can also add an extra line to your event to set the status of the switch accordenly
