RFXMeter with RFXPwr + RFXPulse

I'm thinking about getting the above combination with the discount-code provided, but have some questions of a practical nature.
The RFXPwr needs to be connected to the phase-wire and my knowledge of the colours used in std installation is a bit rusty.

First I like to verify this is a 1-phase installation and second I'd like to know if the red wire is the 'hot' wire. Is there anyone who can tell me?
For the gas and the watermeter I'd like to get the RFXPulse(2x) the watermeter has a little metal disc at the right hand bottomside which turns for every dm3 I think:

The gasmeter is said to have a little mirror which can be used to count gasusage using the same reflective-optical sensor, I couldn't really determine where that would be on my gasmeter. I don't really 'see' a reflection or mirror on the last digit 6. Does someone have the same gasmeter as me? And does it have a mirror?
