New plugwise source update 20091028

I have just updated to the new beta which went smooth with the wizzard this time.
I keep getting the same problem, I have this delays when switching so I tried to disable the plugs that are out of reach, or just not connected at the moment and that helps. Weird that they can bring the whole system to a halt.
What I find a bit odd is that I have to go all the way into the appliances setup to switch it 'temp not in network' while in almost every screen you can see the properties with the checkboxes.
Why are we not able to also select it there?
