Plug is not meassuring usage

In my latest shipment I have one plug that is visable in the network and is switching on and off correctly. The only thing is that it is not measuring anything.

Have send Plugwise Helpdesk an email but no respons. Anybody else experianced this before?

If ya shure there isnt any messurement i think ya have to contact plugwise or even send back your plug.
They are very serious in replacing mallfunction plugs ( with ever can happen 1 on 10.000 )
I had some broken plugs in the beginning and the all replaced them for me

Received answer from Plugwise heldesk yesterday stating exactly what your saying here! Will send the plug to them an wait what will happen...

Great to hear that ( was shure about it )

so topic closed an the answer will be for all of us.. broken or malfunction plugs..just send it back ...electronics do fail and plugwise is the last one that wouldnt replace it.

It's been over sex weeks since I send the plug to Plugwise. Heard nothing from them yet, not even a reply to my question about the status of their investigation I send out 2 weeks ago. Very bad helpdesk experience so far!

Will give them a call and see if I can get my plug back.....
