Guys, I have a braindead moment so bare with me.

My kwh meter provides me 1000 pulses/kwh.
If i receive 15 pulses in 30 seconds, whats the current power usage in Watts ?

so will get 15 x 120 (3600/30) per hour equals to 1800 pulses per hour => 1800/1000 = 1.8 => 1.8 kWh
