Plugwise Source 2.1 Release 20091219

Most noticeable changes since version 2.0:
- Appliances can be marked as energy producing (solar panels, wind turbines etc.)
- Better performance when handling multiple networks with hundreds of modules.
- Support for version 2 firmware
- Support for Switch.
- New driver for Stick (WHQL certified, including Windows 7 64bit)
- PTE: Many addition, see PDF in www/doc

Known issues:
- Manuals need updating

Notes:
- Because of changes in data validation, the usage history (log) is reacquired from the modules for all the current appliances. This will take some time.
- If you're having unexplainable holes in the graphs of one ore more appliances do the following. In the Reports screen, select the appliance, click the refresh button while holding down the Shift key and then wait for a few minutes.

I know that this is getting boring, but with the current (V20091218.0) release, the dual tariff issue in the weekend has still not been resolved when looking at daily usage:

Also, it seems inconsistent:
5/6 Dec: wrong
12/13 Dec: correct
19/20: wrong

I can confirm this.
Although with me, it only shows the present weekend wrong.

I experience the same when I select an overview per day. When I select an overview per hour everything is correct.

Since I updated, the measurement the plugs do are way behind and sometimes do not measure at all. For instance when I turn on a device it takes from 30 sec to 1 minute before the plug measures. When I click on the properties the measurent starts instantly. I have changed nothing in the installation I have 35 plugs.I am not a beta user

And now you can also see your incoming and outgoing energy in this new release of Plugwise.

It feels lovely somethings.

Ran the manual upgrade to 2.1 which seems to work fine. (Downloading the new Source, installing)

Update: enabled sending of all data
-Click "Update" in Source: immediate 'no update available' msg
-Start "Updater" Application: scanning internet, finding stick, modules: "No update". (the status-bar of the updater says "checking firmware something")
FW versions of my modules are: 2008-08-26 and 2008-03-10 <-- That is very old I guess!

What should I do to get the module FW updated?

I have the exact same question.
First I can't find Source 2.1. Downloaded the latest version on 27-12-2009 and it was 2.0.
When trying to Update, it say no availlable updates.
Indeed also firmware of 2008.

How can we update the firmware of the stick and the circles? And where to find Source 2.1. It was not on their website.

The latest version of the source is on the website:

That is version 2.12, or 20091224.

The new firmware is still beta, so not released yet.

I have firmware 2008-08-26 or 2008-03-10. That can't be the latest, right?

Every time I run the updater it says that I am running the latest version... Internet access is wide open, Tariffs are configured correctly...

What are your firmware versions and how did you get them?

My plugwise firmware is now: 2.12 (20091224.0).

The 2.12 version of the firmware is still in beta.

The Plugwise Source version 2.12 (20091224.0) is the latest public release.
Firmware for the plugs is 2008-08-26 in this case.

So Source should not report itself being up-to-date if it is older than 2.12 (20091224.0).
