Weird DAIX12 behavior (multiple "OFF's")

I've been looking at my HS logs for a few times, and I found several lists of OFF commands from the same module. If it happends it's always when the module is already off, and most of the times when it has been turned off recently.

Doing a test with the PMIX does not reveal any weird things on this module:

Before I pull out the module and have it replaced, is there anybody who has an idea what could trigger this?

Mostly this is something in the software, so do you have events or triggers?
in combination with motionsensors etc.

I removed all events containing this device for a while, unfortunately it did not disapear. Does anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks!

Are you sure the DAIX12 is generating the command?
Are you sure you programmed the DAIX12 the right way?
I once had something like this because an X10 transmitter and receiver were in a loop.
