Need device to get DTMF caller id data in Homeseer

Hi all out there,
After digging out the Internet I'm afraid that what I'm looking for just does not exist. Or does not want to be found.
I want to connect my HomeSeer server to my phone line, so I can respond to certain callers. Preferrably with an external modem (USB or RS232). This modem should understand the DTMF Caller ID format KPN is using. Lots of simple devices exist which do the trick, but none of them has serial output, only a display.
It needs to be a analogue modem, since I'm connected to a fiber cable. I know there are ADSL modems/routers that record this information, but this won't help me. My Internet connection runs from a fiber to a Packetfront gateway, which delivers Ethernet, Analogue phone and TV signals for me.
A home made decoder circuit will do eventually, or even an adapted "nummermelder".
Who has any ideas?
Kind regards,
Rudi
