Differences between MS13A and MS13?

In one of topics in this forum I have read the MS13A (American version) is much more cheaper than the MS13 (European version). At this moment I have already a TM13 receiver. Does any one knows if the TM13 can receive and decode the X10 signals from the MS13A? Are there differences between the MS13A and Europe version?

The European TM13 is NOT able to receive the MS13A.
The U.S. X10 devices transmit at a different frequency.
U.S. X10 transmits at 310MHz while the European X10 transmits at 433.92MHz.

Thanks for your answer. But is it possible to use the MS13A in the Netherlands? If yes, which receiver do I need to receive the signals from the MS13A (the receiver must work at 220V)?

RFXcom has also X10 reveivers for on 310MHz, I'm not sure they can deliver them in the netherlands but you can always ask.

Is it also possible to use a MS13A with the TM751-transceiver module (with a voltage converter eg. "
http://www.elecshop.nl/nl/dept_7.html") to be able to control a european LM12-lamp module? (Then I don't need to buy an expense RF receiver from RFXCOM.)
